We are a construction and engineering company, not a brokerage. We help you evaluate a plot you are considering — approvals, documents, levels and buildability — and we can introduce you to sellers in areas we work. Our income comes from building, so our advice on the land is not commission-driven.
What documents should I check before buying a plot in Bhopal?
At minimum: the T&CP approved layout, the khasra and naksha, the full registry chain, a current encumbrance position, and the diversion order if it was agricultural land. We go through these with you before you pay any token amount.
Can you build on the plot after I buy it?
Yes, and that is usually the point. Because we have already surveyed the plot and know its levels and access, the design work starts from real conditions instead of assumptions, and there are no surprises about setbacks or filling.
